The only reason that I gave any stars was because the salesman that we had an appointment with (Dan) is a decent guy. The reason why the other 3 stars were not rewarded is because of a policy that the de salesman that we had an appointment with (Dan) is a decent guy. The reason why the other 3 stars were not rewarded is because of a policy that the dealership has. That policy is that a pre-owned car will not be held for a customer to test drive even, if the customer has driven from out-of-town (Tucson) with an appointment to see and test drive the car. When we arrived to meet with the salesman to test drive the car, we were told that another customer, who had come 5 minutes before we arrived, was out for a test drive with another salesman. Our salesman made it clear that the company will not allow a salesman to "reserve" a pre-owned vehicle and that we would have to wait to see if the other customer ended up purchasing the car, which is what ended up happening. If this is indeed the company's policy, then all customers should be informed about it before they do something like we did, which involved taking the time to drive from Tucson to find out that we were 5 minutes late. I wish Dan well, but find the company's policy on this matter to be unacceptable and unnecessary. Lastly, I would comment that my family was in the car business for 60 years and didn't have a policy like this. Thanks for the opportunity to comment. More

It is really sad to say that when selling a car sales people run right & left of you to make a deal but after the deal is made they don't care. They don't know how to build a strong and long relationship people run right & left of you to make a deal but after the deal is made they don't care. They don't know how to build a strong and long relationship with a customer for future sales and also for the referrals. I am really sad to say that Rob was one the guys who didn't care after the fact. We barely purchased a car and picked it up two weeks ago, and after a week of purchased we noticed a small crack growing on the windshield from the bottom corner, we barely drove the car, it was pretty obvious that the chip was there on the windshield but wasn't disclosed by the sales person because it was not noticeable, but as soon as the weather hit 60s the crack start growing exponentially. First of all I am a normal consumer who do not know much about cars so something like that I wouldn't notice at time of purchase. Rob is blaming me of cracking the windshield as he don't want to deal with the headache. His words "if you have notice something like that you should've brought the car right away not after one month". Notice the words "one month", he is already exaggerating that the car has been bought so long ago and we can't do anything about it. Sad thing is that he is a General Manager, not a Sales Manger or Assistant Sales Manager, he is at the highest rank and but his thinking is even lower than a standard sales person. I would give him a rating of 0 star but the lowest I can give is 1. More

Thorough, and good pricing Subaru superstore was awesome. They helped me by updating my radio (I didn't know it needed an update) and they fixed my oil drain plug for cheap. I got an oil change, wheel alignment and a few other things done that i thought would cost in the 200 range but they saved me a good chunk of change. I walked out only paying 115. These guys are great and have great customet service. Thanks Subaru team. More
