I'd give him an OUTSTANDING rating along with the finance and insurance teams. I had one small concern. I wish I would been asked if I wanted tinting on the side windows. I understand that many people desire it, but it really should be a customer choice given that some of us have visibility issues at night and darker windows, well, don't help matters. As it is, my local Lexus dealership will remove it (two front windows) for about $100. It would be great if I got compensated for this cost. Otherwise, and overall, I had an EXCELLENT buying experience and would drive down from Orlando again. Thank you Lexus of Pembroke Pines. More

Frankly even though the junior sales rep was really nice and tried to help, they didn't honor the offer we agreed upon. We agreed on a monthly payment, both Kasy and Daniel agreed but the finance manage and tried to help, they didn't honor the offer we agreed upon. We agreed on a monthly payment, both Kasy and Daniel agreed but the finance manager Frank in the middle of me signing the papers after they ran my credit and processed my tag and title, that guy didn't honor the price and raised it by another $35 a month, when I did not agree he became aggressive, screamed, lied and told me to get out of HIS dealership.
