I’ve never had such a frustrating experience at a car dealership as I did at Findlay Honda. I had my own financing through my credit union, but they wouldn’t stop asking me for details about the loan, my dealership as I did at Findlay Honda. I had my own financing through my credit union, but they wouldn’t stop asking me for details about the loan, my Social Security number, and the interest rate. The finance manager got upset when I didn’t buy their expensive add-ons and even claimed my warranty would be void if I didn’t get oil changes done by them. His friendliness disappeared the moment I said no to his offers. When my vehicle finally arrived at the dealership, they refused to let me take it home, even though I had proof of financing, a down payment ready, and was leaving my trade-in. The only way they’d release the car was if I gave them my license and Social Security number again. Then, when I came to pick it up, they ran my credit and drew up a financing contract, despite me making it clear I didn’t want their financing. When I asked why they did this without my permission, they acted like it was standard procedure and didn’t apologize. Instead, they just asked what rate I got from my credit union, as if that was all they cared about. This entire process was nothing but a hard sell for their financing and overpriced add-ons. When I didn’t go along with it, their attitude turned cold. When I finally returned with the check from my credit union, they barely spoke to me—just took the check and walked away. I’ve never felt so disrespected at a dealership. If you’re considering buying a car here, be warned—they only care about upselling and forcing you to finance through them. It was clear that customer service isn’t their priority. I regret buying from them and would strongly recommend you avoid this dealership. More

Mark and Daniel were a wonderful team with highly professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic minds helping us to find a god match for a new 2025 hybrid Civic.
