No salesman to greet us when arriving. We liked Daniel as a salesperson, but he was trying to handle too many deals at one time. For a cash deal it took over 6 hour to complete. We felt very pressured to purchase added warrantees for tires,, mechanical failures, and paint finishes. The detailing of the car interior was greasy and I needed to clean off the product when we got home. Overall we liked the car and felt pricing was inline with the quality. More

At 3 weeks I am still waiting to hear about the rubber sealer around the drivers side of the car. I recognize there is a strike. But this happened AT THE DEALERS, it was not there when I first saw the c sealer around the drivers side of the car. I recognize there is a strike. I had a miserable experience a number of years ago when I bought a new Enclave. Please communicate the plan to me, so I can have some confidence that I am dealing with a dealership that actually follows through on commitments that were made at time of sale. More
