My experience with their service department was absolutely horrible!!! So bad, that I will continue to drive past their doors, for the extra 40 minute drive to Newton/McGovern dealership for any fu absolutely horrible!!! So bad, that I will continue to drive past their doors, for the extra 40 minute drive to Newton/McGovern dealership for any future service needs for my Grand Cherokee Overland. The service agent/Dang, was so rude and dismissive towards my questions/concerns about my car, that I had no choice but to have him return my keys so I could leave, without the necessary service my car needed. Again- thank God for McGovern/Kevin S and his A++team!! Yes, it took me an hour vs 10 min, but worth it to be treated respectfully and honestly!! This is the first time in my life, I have ever felt so compelled to write this type of review….but then again- it was a horrible experience. More
