unreturned calls trying to find status of vehicle, finally called only to find out, on the third day of having the vehicle, they accessed the vehicle on the third day. So it sat for two days. Calling and communicating with the customer is important. So customers can make plans, especially when customer is running their own business. My husband tried to communicate this to Robin, she got aggravated and pretty much told him, in so many words, to go bring your business somewhere else. More

$200 for a diagnosis. When you already know what the problem is on a 2018 SIERRA with a defective transmission with 75 k miles on it. Still needing to pay the diagnosis is When you already know what the problem is on a 2018 SIERRA with a defective transmission with 75 k miles on it. Still needing to pay the diagnosis is just plain unethical business practice. Hope these class actions expose the truth behind all these faulty transmissions. More
