Absolutely exceptional service from every employee in this establishment! My husband and I recently followed Sandy Cox to her new location here at crown. We are very pleased with the friendly and welcoming service we received from everyone. We purchased an AT4 for my husband and a 2025 Buick enclave sport! Between trading our vehicles in, bringing them in to be serviced , the paper work to finish signing for our new vehicles and picking the right vehicle for us. Crown Buick GMC truly delivered 10000/10! I highly recommend any family, friends or locals to purchase or do busy with this establishment. Job well done. Thank you! More

My Acadia was returned with greasy fingerprints on the tan leather seats and glove box. The report said that my rear wiper needed changing but I was never notified and the wiper was never changed.
