They couldn’t update my SIERRA EV with the new update issue by GM engineer’s to enhance the vehicle they just return my vehicle to me after three hours and said they kept getting an error trying to uploa issue by GM engineer’s to enhance the vehicle they just return my vehicle to me after three hours and said they kept getting an error trying to upload the new software update the dealership can only perform this update that was issued by GM engineering for all Sierra EV / Silverado EV More

I usually have a great experience with you, but this time, it was a total disaster. On Friday, the 26th, I dropped off my car at 9:30 am with a previous appointment. I tried calling three times, and my time, it was a total disaster. On Friday, the 26th, I dropped off my car at 9:30 am with a previous appointment. I tried calling three times, and my last call was at 4 pm. I spoke with “Frank,” and he said you’d call me when my car was ready. After 8 long hours, no one called me to let me know that my car was ready. I called again at 5:55 pm, and they said my car was ready, but they closed at 6. It’s not fair that I have to pay for the service by phone and have to send my friend to pick up my car and wait so long for my car. It was just an oil change. Very disappointed with this service. More
