All employees were courteous and work was done in a timely manner. Once we decided to move permanently to Montana we decided we needed an all wheel drive vehicle. We started our search on line and then met in person with Brittany Pierce. What a treasure we found! She loves cars, is car knowledgeable, and will spend the time needed to answer all questions. And, if she didn't know the answer she would find the answer. We were never rushed or pressured. On the day we took ownership of our Highlander Hybrid, Brittany took us through a trial run and opened the door for future visits as we start learning all the bells and whistles. She will even take care of scheduling our future service visits for us. For such a young salesperson, Brittany is very car knowledgeable, friendly, and available for contact. Brittany doesn't consider the job completed once her buyers take ownership. She is still there to support us. It was our lucky day when she took us under her salesperson wings and helped us make the right purchase for us. More

I "chatted" with someone through the website that told me the vehicle was on the I found a 2017 Toyota Sienna limited on the Lithia Toyota website. I "chatted" with someone through the website that told me the vehicle was on the lot and available. I asked for the "Internet e price". I was told that it would come from the Internet manager. I received a video from Dana, the Internet manager saying the e price was coming shortly. After four more hours, I went to the dealership and was told the vehicle was presold! Will NEVER go back here. More

Best price available in MT for Rav4 XLE PRICE: After speaking to the Toyota dealerships in Helena, Billings, Bozeman, and Missoula, this was the best price I could find on my car (2017 Toyot PRICE: After speaking to the Toyota dealerships in Helena, Billings, Bozeman, and Missoula, this was the best price I could find on my car (2017 Toyota Rav4 XLE). They came in about $1,000 cheaper than the next closest (Helena). The dealership in Helena initially offered to meet or beat any price, but said they wouldn't be able to beat the price at Lithia in Billings. They even called me back to ask if I'd gone to the dealership & dealt with a "bait and switch" because they couldn't believe the dealership would honor the price I'd been quoted. SERVICE: I dealt with two different sales people (Dana & Britney), one for the offer/negotiation and the other for the financing/purchase. As I stated above, I spoke to several different dealerships & their sales departments. The dealerships in Billings & Helena both seemed more willing to discuss prices & options with me, and all of their employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful. When I was at the dealership purchasing the vehicle, they did everything possible to make the process go quickly. They knew that I had a 3 hour drive to get home & had the car pulled into the sales bay and some of the paperwork ready to go. Britney was extremely helpful going through features & answering questions about the car. I would highly recommend purchasing from here. Price was a consideration for me, and none of the other dealerships were willing to even match Lithia's price. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. Hopefully I don't have to buy another car for a while, but when the time comes they will be my first stop! More

Jake was never pushy or acted like a car salesman. I feel as if, Greg and I made a new friend. A sense of humor goes along way with us. We were happy with the deal we got from Patrick.
