The only thing I would say is someone could have walked through how to operate everything on the truck like shifting into 4x4 and other nuances of the vehicle. I came to a Ford dealer to buy a used Ford to take advantage of that knowledge of the product. One of the sales guys did help me find out what the master door lock code was and I was super grateful for that. The truck I bought runs so great! I had to drive it 150 miles home and it was so nice and smooth. Really awesome truck! More
