Randy Jennings is a great, respectable salesperson. Unfortunately, the sales manager who is currently there was very unprofessional in his interaction with us. Basically, he walked out of the office to just state there is nothing more he can do. This would have been my fourth car from Glanzmann. Just because you have a shortage does not give you the right to dismiss your customers. I have worked with Vince and Mr. Glanzmann himself, may he Rest In Peace. I keep going back because of the excellent service we normally get. But this time, it was not so. He was very rude and dismissive in his tone. I just walked away. More

About 3 weeks after purchase, I returned for another learn to use my car feature lesson from Christian who is patient, kind and a great teacher. His friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable to ask questions. Great team at Glanzmann Subaru - the best I have encountered in my 50 years of driving. More
