10/10 RECOMMEND! !!! What a wonderful experience! I was recently rear ended and my car was totaled - which put me in the (very stressful!) situation of finding a n !!! What a wonderful experience! I was recently rear ended and my car was totaled - which put me in the (very stressful!) situation of finding a new car. (They actually came and towed my car from the office while I was at work!) I work full-time, I am in the process of moving, AND I am in graduate school pursuing my Masters Degree, so talk about the worst timing possible!! Luckily, I was directed to visit the Frankfort Toyota dealership. After two days in a rental, I arrive at the dealership flustered and nauseated by the thought of buying a car in this market. I haven't had a car payment in 6 years and I am not looking forward to having one again. I am quickly introduced to Eric (one of the owners) and David. They listened to me when I outlined the things I needed in a vehicle and were quick to show me the options available. I didn't feel like they were pressuring me to buy - in fact, they altered their schedules to meet me when I was available - and went over all of the options so that I would understand everything. After trying out a few vehicles, I was given the opportunity to drive, what would soon become my own, RAV4 Hybrid. This was my first experience with a hybrid vehicle and Eric answered all of my questions - regardless of how bizarre they were! (I mean what kind of owner responds to text messages about warranties at 9:00 PM!?) I rush out of work on Thursday to make the purchase and I was introduced to the Finance Manager, Dana. Dana went over all of the warranty options with me and explained them in laments terms so I would understand. He wasn't pushy in any way and was very understanding when I declined. When he explained the Wheel & Tire warranty to me - I was sold! I've had two blowouts and I don't know how many other issues with tires in the past - and he informed me that if anything happened, I could call him and he would take care of it. After about an hour, I was sitting pretty in my new vehicle driving back to Lexington. David went over all of the features and how to operate them before I left, which was a perfect touch for someone who has never driven a hybrid before! I felt very comfortable as I pulled out of the lot. All in all, I would recommend that anyone searching for a new vehicle stop by the Toyota dealership in Frankfort, KY. The staff is considerate and respectful of your time AND your budget. They will work with you to get you in a reliable, trustworthy vehicle. They have a service shop on site and I will be visiting them for the foreseeable future so that I know my RAV is taken care of. More
