I am very happy to write this review for A1 Toyota dealership in Woodbridge CT. I recently left another dealership that I went to for 20+ years. Sadly, things drastically changed there, and unfortunat dealership in Woodbridge CT. I recently left another dealership that I went to for 20+ years. Sadly, things drastically changed there, and unfortunately not for the better! I am so very fortunate, and very much appreciate now being a part of A1 Toyota! They treat their customers with the utmost respect and genuinely care about them as well! I have had my car serviced there three times now and just recently purchased 4 new tires and had an alignment done. Dan Wheeler (Assistant Parts and Services Director) is wonderful to his customers and takes pride in making sure they are satisfied. During this very difficult time of dealing with COVID 19 and being extremely cautious about where I go, I feel very comfortable going to this dealership! EVERYONE wears a mask and is very cognizant about distancing and being careful when interacting with their customers! Along with being vigilant they are also very accommodating and care that their customers feel comfortable and safe. I have fortunately found a new dealership that I am happy to be a part of. I feel totally supported at A1 therefore, I will be totally supportive of them as well. I wrote this review because I am a firm believer that loyalty is a reciprocal relationship and that allegiance should work both ways! They are an honest, caring and well run family owned dealership! The best car buying experience so far was with A1 Toyota I came 160 miles one way to buy my truck and I could not have asked for a better experience, from my sales rep Sunny who went above and beyond for all I came 160 miles one way to buy my truck and I could not have asked for a better experience, from my sales rep Sunny who went above and beyond for all my concerns and made sure I was happy with every aspect of my experience, answering calls, texts, and e-mails on his day off, after hours, etc.. On the day my wife and I went to take my truck home, Sunny and the service dept came in extra early to put the finishing touches on my truck to have it ready upon my arrival, WOW! Now that's what I call five star rating all across the board. And in service, Mike Querfield and Danny Wheeler oversaw what I wanted done to the truck and kept their promise, what an excellent service dept, only wish i didn't live so far away because i would definitely use A1 service to keep my truck running smooth. Excellent service department I Went in today 4-22-15 for my 5000 mile check up and I was first created by Tony Horan. Tony was great very professional kept me informed of the pr I Went in today 4-22-15 for my 5000 mile check up and I was first created by Tony Horan. Tony was great very professional kept me informed of the process during my time waiting . Over the last week or so I noticed a rattle coming from my door panel when the window was down I brought this to the attention of the service team ....kevin Wheeler Jr. , Mike Quefeld and Dan Wheeler went above and beyond !!! to take apart the whole door panel to to determine the root cause and fix the problem.... In my past experience with other dealerships they would normally have me come back and make another appointment but Not A-1...... Right after finishing the 5000 mile check up they proceeded to fix the window problem. I am extremely happy with the service that I have been receiving. Thank you!! More
