Dan Schrier assisted with me with my vehicle lease this go 'round. Actually, I was not intending to vehicle shop this soon in the year, but I was curious after he's called me about a promotion that was going on. He listened to what I was NOT looking for in a vehicle and quickly honed in on what I WAS looking for and in the color that I absolutely had to have. Dan is not only very knowledgeable about the Toyota vehicles and their features, but he was not pushy or trying to over sell. He is very personable and did not drag his feet on getting things done. The manager, Bill, from whom I'd purchased my first Camry several years ago, makes me feel like I am home even when I run into him during my oil change appointments. Andrew (in finance), made sure that signing the paperwork went smoothly and that that I understood what I was signing. He did not try to force extra products on me.
