We ordered a hybrid car NX350h January 2023 and it finally was delivered in October. Dan was great to work with and gave us periodic updates on the anticipated arrival date. Was so pleased working with Woodfield Lexus and Dan Rosen specifically. It started with Dan allowing me to take a new RX for a test drive for as long as I wanted by myself. I was able to park off the road specifically. It started with Dan allowing me to take a new RX for a test drive for as long as I wanted by myself. I was able to park off the road and familiarize myself with the car. No pressure. Dan did a great job on pricing. Was able to get extra money for my trade-in. And walked me through all the paperwork. He was great and it was an A+ experience. More
