The first person to help us was Joakim - he was great. Very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and I would say dedicated. He actually found the car we ended up buying. After that Dan took over. He too was a very nice guy, and very knowledgeable and informative. Dan struck a good balance, always paying attention and a good listener -- responding helpfully, but not overbearing. We came to an agreement and bought the car. The gentleman who handled the financed portion of the sale was also a nice guy, informative but not overbearing either, (I can't recall his name, my apologies.) I also want to add a personal comment. Business is business - the dealership folks know this, and we the customer know this. That said - it became obvious that the people who helped us were community members, spouses, partners, parents - real and decent human beings, dealing with the highs and lows we all deal with. Beyond the money and property aspects of a business transaction, that means something. More
