Walked in to look at a Rav 4 so we could compare it to other vehicles. Tim was showing us the Rav and after listening to us he suggested we look at a Venza. After driving for close to two hours to look at a car that only the Wallingford Toyota had for miles around, my husband and I were greeted by Denny Boedhoe, a product specialist. He was warm and welcoming and quickly set up our opportunity to take a test drive. As soon as we got out to the lot if became quite clear that Denny knew everything about this car. He was able to explain things clearly, answer all of our questions and if he didn’t have an answer he made it a point to immediately find out and get back to us. After we purchased the vehicle and drove home, Denny was there to answer a couple of questions the next day and I feel comfortable calling him in the future should the need arise. More

I got Steve to help me with the process. It was complicated for first time buyer with Google as resource, but these are things that I appreciate working with them: 1. Accommodated the my checklist very well of the car that I want and gave details I need to make informed decision 3. Able to test drive much affordable option to get the feel of it with regards to the price, the mileage, etc 4. Given enough time to weigh things thru, it helped a lot seeing the pros and cons of taking what I want but takes some time versus the affordable choice at hand and ready to go 5. In the end, we were able to work around within my budget with the car that I want (minus the color – Lunar Rock) tho it took us a lot of time. I appreciate how considerate he is with every questions I have and he is even open for further inquiries. I feel heard as a customer, and comfortable as well doing this big purchase.
