Generally fine. Some concerns with car at delivery and still waiting for full remediation. In addition, the initial paperwork was completed in error which required another round of signatures. Not ideal; however, they did come to me to avoid another trip. More

Kaden was great to work with! He was new to this Walser location, though I believe he came from another Walser location. He was attentive to my wife and I and we felt good buying He was new to this Walser location, though I believe he came from another Walser location. He was attentive to my wife and I and we felt good buying from him. The location was very clean and I did not feel pressured to purchase any add-ons, though I did purchase so based on the value I perceived rather than feeling pressured. Overall the experience was pleasant and I would recommend Walser to anyone looking to buy new or used! More

I’ve had two appointments and both have been rescheduled. I called the day prior to see if the loaner vehicle would be available and if I could come in early. I arrived and there was no loaner vehicle avai I called the day prior to see if the loaner vehicle would be available and if I could come in early. I arrived and there was no loaner vehicle available and I was unable to get into my appointment and I haven’t heard from the service department to reschedule. I’m very disappointed and I don’t understand. More
