Exclaiming that you're "dissapointed that my visit didn't measure up" indicates that either this is a silly, generic, copy&paste PR reponse, OR you don't really care to address the magnitude of consequences that I am facing as a result of purchasing a vehicle from ABW. Being a commuter student, this has made my life quite difficult, fixing car issues every other week $$$. You already have the whole story...It's all right there in the review.
