I walked into the dealership on 5/19/21 to test drive a 2021 Toyota Sienna Platinum. I test drive the vehicle, liked it and asked the salesperson to draw up paperwork on how much this vehicle would cost. H 2021 Toyota Sienna Platinum. I test drive the vehicle, liked it and asked the salesperson to draw up paperwork on how much this vehicle would cost. He met with the general manager TJ Disanto and he wrote up a purchase agreement of $42,859 and the salesperson right away noticed this and said "wow you're giving him $10,000 off" and the general manager laughed and let him leave his office. When I saw the price I asked if they could hold the vehicle until 5/20 so I would have the time to sit down and purchase the vehicle. They required a deposit on the van of $1,000 to hold it until 5/20. I showed up to the dealership on 5/20 with and additional $8,000 for a down payment. They drew up all the paperwork which I signed including the purchase agreement of $42,859 which the dealership and I both signed. After signing all paperwork the salesperson took me to the service department to schedule first service and then we started to download the Toyota app so I could pair my phone with my new van. The the general manager comes over and say there is absolutely no way he can sell me this van for the agreed upon price. I said what do you mean and TJ told me that they would be losing money and that I was taking advantage of their dealership. While getting frustrated I raised my voice and he dismissed me with a hand gesture and then hid the rest of the time. They did give me my money back at that time and at that point I didn't know what to do. I had copies of the agreement which we both signed and I thought the deal was done. They pulled my credit through three financial institutions and now I have nothing to show for it. This dealership conducts business very poorly and Shady. More

Troubles after 4 days of owning the car Although any review I have posted has been returned with backlash of untruths by the dealership I still intend to voice my horrible experience. I bought a car that did not have a warranty but little did I expect the transmission to fail 4 days later. TJ agree to take the car back after I called the sales person Steven and had not gotten a return call about my request. This dealership got the value of the car when it was traded. they would not refund my entire purchase price even though I paid $3600 to have it repaired prior to returning it. I was told they would meet me 1/2 way to return the car since I live 2 hours away and they did not, TJ responded that I declined also not true, nor have I received what little they did agree to pay back, less than $300. I reached out to Dan NEVER to be responded to from him either. If you read responses from the dealership they claim to have been honest and fair but that is not the case. I was treated as though I had done something to wrong them but yet I', the one out thousands of dollars. I understand that nobody wants a bad review but in my case this dealership did not do the right thing. During this whole process, Jamie was the only decent person I dealt with. BTW this dealership mailed me a letter to complete and online survey. I did not seek them out. More

The whole process from finding the right car for me through the financing process I have to say it was the easiest experience I've ever had at a dealership. Bill and Shannon listened to my needs and delivered. I don't remember the gentleman in the financial department but paperwork was quick and painless as I finished and was driving in less than ten minutes. Overall this was a great experience. If anyone is in the market for a vehicle, I highly suggest you stop at Summitt Toyota before anywhere else! Thanks again for the superior customer service today! More
