Dan Pierce has sold me two cars -- a 2017 Renegade and a 2022 Wrangler. I always felt like Dan was on my side. I ordered my 2022 Wrangler in Feb '22 and it was delivered in July. I was very frustrated but I 2022 Wrangler. I always felt like Dan was on my side. I ordered my 2022 Wrangler in Feb '22 and it was delivered in July. I was very frustrated but I never believed that Dan could have done more. The price in July was $2,000 higher than what was quoted in February but I put that on Jeep, not on Dan. I really have nothing bad to say about the car I purchased, and the salesman Daniel Pierce was always available and responsive to questions and emails. However, since we purchased the car in the purchased, and the salesman Daniel Pierce was always available and responsive to questions and emails. However, since we purchased the car in the late afternoon, the detailing staff had left for the day and the car was unable to be cleaned prior to leaving. Also, we we had to drive to the dealership at 43 days after buying the car on a Saturday to pick up the title because it was never mailed out to replace temps. Overall experience was fine. More
