Purchased a new GMC Yukon Denali, the exact SUV my Husband wanted. Dan Painter was great to deal with. Medical circumstances made me think we would not be able to buy the Yukon as we were not able t Husband wanted. Dan Painter was great to deal with. Medical circumstances made me think we would not be able to buy the Yukon as we were not able to come back into the dealership, and I expected someone else would purchase my husbands dream truck. Dan arranged to complete the entire transaction remotely. He had it cleaned up and ready for us to pick up. We were in an out of the dealership quickly. The team at Ideal were caring and creative to our needs. Thank you all! More

Dealership charges $495 for theft insurance, which I did not want to pay. Theft rate in MD is 172.9 in 100,000. I was told that I did not have option to decline it.
