Dan Neumann rock star person. Yes, he is a car salesman however, that is just his title. Dan was not what I have encountered with a car salesmen in the past: pushy, selling me on Yes, he is a car salesman however, that is just his title. Dan was not what I have encountered with a car salesmen in the past: pushy, selling me on the most expensive car, selling me on bells and whistles that i must have; he was the absolute complete opposite of that! He listened to my wants dislikes encouraged me to try other brands. He did a check in to talk about what i liked and disliked about my test drives NEVER did he push or impose his brands. To me that personal touch far outweighs a sale! Because of his unbiased and honest and patient guidance I kept communicating with him. I have been a Honda gal for ever and this is my first Chevy and the switch was purely because of the care and attention of his want of getting me in the car that is right for me. Outside of Dan his whole team was equally as welcoming and felt warm and inviting. I would 100% percent come back to Ewald Chevy for another car when needed! I would 100% recommend Dan Neumann to be your person to fit you in a new ride made just for you!!! Hands down the best car buying experience ever!! I’ve been a user of Ewalds for decades. I bought my Malibu from them 13 years ago and always went there for servicing of that vehicle. Previous to that I’ve had other GM vehicles serviced I bought my Malibu from them 13 years ago and always went there for servicing of that vehicle. Previous to that I’ve had other GM vehicles serviced there as well. I keep coming back for their prompt service, accurate diagnosis and quality workmanship. Recently I purchased a 2025 Trax from them … expecting the great service to continue. I was not disappointed! Upon walking the car lot, I was met by Jennifer Cotteleer who upon introducing herself asked if she could be of help. And boy, was she!! She was a great listener to my wishes and directed me to the Trax. She easily and accurately explained the features, answered all my questions and accompanied me on a test drive. From her introduction to the final purchase of the Trax she was professional and knowledgeable in all her dealings and offered some fun, easy conversations along the way. She was excellent…something I would expect from Ewalds!! She’s “a keeper!!” More
