This car buying experience was a very long, drawn out, frustrating situation that didn’t need to be. I had to interact with the repair shop with courtesy and they were unbelievably amazing. They have nice customer service but, service takes longer than other places. I had to sit for an hour and a half just for an oil change. Other places will take less than an hour to get a basic oil change don than other places. I had to sit for an hour and a half just for an oil change. Diagnostics were done for dash board errors. Charged $170 didn’t do anything but disconnect battery and reconnect battery.
