This is our 4th time working with Michael and he is absolutely the best Audi Sales Specialist we've ever worked with-every time we have worked with him. Michael is also an expert on the brand, he knows our vehicles inside and out and always is available and quick to assist if we have questions or concerns with our Audi's'. Michael has worked very hard with every transaction we have had with him to meet our needs and give us the best possible and fair deal on not only the purchase but also on our trades which have all been purchased from him. His lifecycle of the sale skills are excellent, he follows up proactively both before a deal is closed, during and after to make sure we are comfortable and to address any questions we have. Michael is a stand up, honest and real individual and does not play games-he is honest and I trust him with our business and have never felt slighted or distrustful of his expertise or guidance. I believe that Michael is the best Audi Sales Expert in the dealership-and absolutely the best out of any other Audi Dealership I have worked through prior to moving over to Audi Flatirons. He is phenomenal and as long as he sticks around at Audi Flatirons we will continue to only work with him on our Audi purchases because we trust him with our business and he genuinely cares about the quality of service he delivers and meeting and exceeding his customer's needs consistently.
