Needed my Mercedes s550 checked out for check engine light, and loss of traction, at very short notice. Dan Kristoff in the service department was outstanding. Not only being able to accommodate my serv light, and loss of traction, at very short notice. Dan Kristoff in the service department was outstanding. Not only being able to accommodate my service request at short notice, but also in getting the issue resolved through insurance etc to get my car up and running with minimum down time. I turned up with a problem with no appointment and was immediately called in and an advisor checked the vehicle and then they spoke with the manager who added me to the days list and by 5 pm Uber picked u immediately called in and an advisor checked the vehicle and then they spoke with the manager who added me to the days list and by 5 pm Uber picked up from home-car was ready and problem solved This is what going above and beyond for a client is all about. Mercedes-Benz of Natick makes it easy to schedule an appointment, easy to drop off the car, comfortable waiting area where I was able to plug in my laptop and work remotely. The Service Department at Mercedes Benz of Natick is very friendly and very efficient. Their personnel does everything they can to make sure the customer is understood and provided with appropriate service. friendly and very efficient.
