I want to apologize that you feel this way, but I do want to clarify and respond to some of your comments. While you didn't test drive the Audi A5 Sportback on your most recent visit to our dealership, you have test driven the vehicle more than once at our dealership. You have worked with a couple of our Audi Brand Specialists in the last couple months. The reason you didn't get to test drive the vehicle again is because you specifically told us you would be buying the vehicle from another dealership. You said their quote was less than ours...even after we explained and broke it down to show you that their quote didn't include the taxes and fees like ours did. We cannot just let our new vehicles go on test drives when it's made clear you have no intention of buying from us.

I’m sorry you feel this way, but I want to address a couple things. You purchased a used vehicle from us, and we took additional money off the selling price of the vehicle to give you the deal you wanted. It was a few days later that you called to say that the bumper was cracked. Used vehicles are sold as is and often have some imperfections. If you had wanted a perfect vehicle, our suggestion would have been to purchase a new vehicle. After several conversations with you where you stated in no uncertain terms that you were holding a positive review over our heads based on what we would offer you, we had agreed at that time to cover the labor for the bumper, and you agreed to pay for the part that was also discounted for you. You specifically said that you would leave a positive review after all we did, so this review is a bit shocking. I am now letting you know that we have gone above and beyond for you up to this point, but we are done catering to your demands. We wish you well with your vehicle and hope you can find someplace/someone who will cater to you.
