My wife and I purchased our new 2025 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience this week and it was a very easy car buying experience. Barry was our salesman and he was amazing! We did most of our shopping online and new exactly what we wanted to look at, and he was happy to go grab the keys and let us test drive it by ourselves. We slept on it overnight and contacted Barry the next day to let him know we wanted to come back in and purchase it. Shortly after he sent a picture of the car already detailed with a bow on it! Barry fought for us to get every cent we could for our trade-in. Also, this really is a dealership with NO DEALER FEES! You can build your car on the website right now or look at the sticker prices they post to their website and know exactly what you're going to pay going in (before taxes and the VERY reasonable title fee). If nothing else, I would recommend here just for the transparent "no fee" pricing. This is a fantastic business model and put all of our worries to rest when Barry showed us the numbers for car. More

The dealership was incredibly clean, well managed and beyond friendly. My family and I came in very nervous for our first major car purchase since 2000, but Taylor and the entire staff made us feel welco beyond friendly. This dealer sold us what we were led to believe was a new car that was used as a demo unit. In reality, the car was purchased by the dealer and sold to us and we were then considered the second owner. The car that was used as a demo unit. The only way we found out about us being the second owner was when we called Bluelink to get them to give us the full complimentary Bluelink versus what the Bluelink App was telling us in subscriptions. They cut a check for $70.00 for the 7 months the car was in their position to compensate for the cost of Bluelink, and said they would rectify the issue with Bluelink. We believed they would have Bluelink give us the complimentary life of car Bluelink. This never happened. I called and texted the sales team and I am still waiting for a response. One other issue was the attitude of there finance person. He tried to sell an increased service program and got belligerent when we said no. Also, all the paperwork he presented to us on a small iPad that was impossible to read. On a positive note, the car is very nice, it's the dealerships sales team that's the problem. More
