Routine oil change. As always, the staff was courteous & knowledgeable, willing to answer questions. While I felt wait time of nearly 1 1/2 hrs. was excessive, in fairness, it was New Year’s Eve & perhaps they were working w/limited staff. While at the dealership, I looked @ a new vehicle. Dan took time (I did not have an appointment) to let me test drive a vehicle & spent time researching lease information for me. It was the last day of the year & he obviously was busy, but as always Dan made me feel I had his full attention. A true professional! More
