We have been a customer since 1993 and my husband would not take our cars any where else and I kept up his wishes. I have never had a problem with the work that was done and I never felt they "cheated" me in any way. It's very hard, today, to find a Company that you can completely trust and not feel like you are being "ripped off"! Also, the office Staff are always so friendly and helpful. Thank you all! A-1 Customer Service Dan Hoeflinger was one of the best salespeople I've ever worked with. My car had an AC issue that he noticed on the day I flew in to pick up the car. Dan Hoeflinger was one of the best salespeople I've ever worked with. My car had an AC issue that he noticed on the day I flew in to pick up the car. Ford just couldn't fix the problem, so Lou Fusz gave me a voucher and they actually paid for the AC repair I had done in Indianapolis. I would definitely work with him again in the future. His immediate supervisor, who took over the paperwork part of the sale at the end, was kinda rude to Dan. I didn't like the arrogant way in which he spoke to Dan. But Dan I heartily recommend. This is our second car purchased from afar from Lou Fusz. We have liked dealing with the Fusz dealerships. Of course, always take care when purchasing from afar. More

I have taken another car to Fusz Chesterfiled for service on the recommendation of a co-worker. Mike Flynn and the Service Department have always gone out of their way to accommodate my schedule; th service on the recommendation of a co-worker. Mike Flynn and the Service Department have always gone out of their way to accommodate my schedule; their work was always excellent and the price was reasonable and completed within the time promised.. They are the reason I considered purchasing from Fusz. When I needed to replace my car and I had a limited amount of funds to work with, I called Mr. Flynn as I knew he and the dealership were trustworthy and knowledgeable. He referred me to Dan Hoeflinger. From experience I have had with car salesmen in the past. I was not looking forward to what it takes to buy a car. Dan was a "breath of fresh air" - courteous, friendly, and not high pressure at all. I have recommended this Fusz dealership to others in the past and will continue to do so. Dan and Mike are great amabassadors for Fusz - examples of employees doing more than required to please customers and to keep customers coming back.. More
