Made appointment and it still wasn’t looked at for over a
week after. This is a service vehicle mine you and if it isn’t running it’s costing money not making money. They don’t care. Then they couldn’t dupli

Then they couldn’t duplicate problem, so after 5 more days I went out there to show them the problem. They said it would be fine, then they will replace the transmission when it goes out because it shouldn’t be doing that under 36000 miles. Then the recall part we were told they don’t know when it came be changed. After we already had the problem for which it was recalled within the first 3000 miles and had to pay to have it towed ourselves. Would not recommend buying a commercial vehicle if not any vehicle here with the poor service from the salesman and the service department. Go anywhere else!!!!! Buyer beware!!!

recalls and told it would take two days to get the parts and two days for the work. They got the parts as planned but after twelve days they still ha

It took 18 days to complete the work. Unacceptable. I’m in the service business and I would never treat my customers so poorly.
