I tecently took my vehicle to the service department as i was having what I thought was a problem with the transmission and also to have the steering wheel centered and approved a front end alignment after 7 was having what I thought was a problem with the transmission and also to have the steering wheel centered and approved a front end alignment after 7 days there was informed that this was normal and that there was a service bulletin describing the problem which i am now satisfied with answer but cannot understand why they took so long to figure out the problem when all that was needed was for the mechanic to drive it So when i picked vehicle and drove it the steering wheel is still off center and now drifts to the left which was not happening before the alignment si returned to the service department and explained to the service writer what was happening and right gave me the excuse that wad the the uneven roads and also cause roads wet but he stated that it needed to rechecked and than came the same story I hear that ate so busy and short handed it would best to take it the following Wednesday or Thursday More
