Fixed my car for $120 cheaper than expected!! My service advisor Dan Ford was extremely polite and made the whole experience extremely simple. I was back home with my car within an hour and a half My service advisor Dan Ford was extremely polite and made the whole experience extremely simple. I was back home with my car within an hour and a half (of leaving my house) and they fixed the issue for Free. Also upon arriving both times I was greeted politely and even though Dan was my advisor everyone else was extremely happy and helpful. I don't know much about their sales team; however, If the sales team is anything like their service team you are in Good Hands. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever! You know how when you are getting ready to buy a new vehicle and the thought of going into the dealership just makes your stomach start to churn. Well, I did not once have that experience at Tucson Subaru. Now mind you the car is fantastic but everyone made this experience the best ever for buying a car. More

The total purchase price of the vehicle was known upfront, and they even let me know what the trade in value of my car would be ahead of time so that I could make an informed decision about the purchase. Excellent service experience I could not have been more pleased with the excellent service I received at Tucson Subaru this past week (May 26-28, 2015). My Dodge Durango had to be towed from Mount Lemon the day after the holiday, but Greg Stewart and his team had the vehicle diagnosed and parts ordered the very same day! I will definitely have my car serviced here again in the future and recommend them to my family and friends. More

The reason.....Dan Ford...for years he has set the standard for Excellent service !! ...He is professional ,knowledgeable and kind, and caring. I always ask for Dan. Whether I am in a panic about something, or just need to ask a question....He treats me with respect .and with patience.. ..And mostly importantly....I Trust him....I know I'm safe if Dan is advising me. Just this week, I had a flat tire, I called ,asked for Dan, as just as if I was calling "911", he asked about my safety , then reminded me of my options, roadside assistance and such....and then...of course... got "it taken care of ".....simple experience when working with Dan ! When I left the dealer, I had my new tire, I knew he had "checked out" everything else....and I was Safe to go. Thank Dan, For your continued Great Service with a Smile !! More

The day of the appointment, I barely had stopped my vehicle and someone was already greeting me, asking how they could assist me. Expecting to have to fill out paperwork for the work and loaner, I was very pleasantly surprised that someone had taken the initiative and had everything filled out, ready for my signature. After making sure the loaner was acceptable to me, I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. I received another pleasant surprise later that same day, when they called and advised the work was compete and I could pick up my car. Garret Gebhart was very helpful, courteous, and efficient. I didn't get the name of the young lady that helped me with the paperwork, but she deserves kudos as well. More
