The appointment was made for 110k mile maintenance and attention to vibrations coming from under the engine. When the vehicle was picked up, the noise hadn’t been corrected, and the maintenance was never attention to vibrations coming from under the engine. When the vehicle was picked up, the noise hadn’t been corrected, and the maintenance was never completed. With a second attempt, the noise was finally addressed, but I decided to leave without discussing the lack of completion of the maintenance. I’ll be finding a new service provider from this day forward. We always have great experiences from the staff that has carried over from the previous ownership, but the service area has been atrocious since Great Lakes has taken over. My wife and I have had several subpar visits. Bob Lariche and the Lariche family would have never accepted this level of service. It’s a shame. More
