Since Elk Grove Infiniti closed, I had to come to this location for warranty repairs. They greeted me when I arrived and was helped within 30 minutes. Let the service advisor know about my problems and we location for warranty repairs. They greeted me when I arrived and was helped within 30 minutes. Dan was awesome! !! He kept me informed every step of the way of what my car needed and the cost. What could wait and what was necessary. I appreciated that he let me !! He kept me informed every step of the way of what my car needed and the cost. What could wait and what was necessary. I appreciated that he let me know payment options were available. He and mechanics made it possible for me to get my car back same day, even though there was a lot of work to be done. I really really appreciated that, more than they will ever understand 🙏🏽. More

Everyone nice, oil info on car was not changed had to call, valet service was on time but I had to call twice….but valet service is a wonderful thing to have…seems like with the construction going on the call, valet service was on time but I had to call twice….but valet service is a wonderful thing to have…seems like with the construction going on the service dept is very busy.
