I just found out that the service center won't work on cars that are over 10 years old - at least that was what I was told when I took my 2013 Dodge Dart in for service today. I purchased my Dart on 12/2 cars that are over 10 years old - at least that was what I was told when I took my 2013 Dodge Dart in for service today. I purchased my Dart on 12/23/13 and I've exceeded the 10 year limit by 2 months and 7 days. There are still plenty of Darts on the road that are under 10 years old, so they must still have the equipment and expertise to solve my problem. My Dart is telling me that the ABS system needs to be services and it was my thought that the dealership would be the best place to do that. Evidently not this one. This policy sounds to me like more of a business decision favoring the maximization of profit rather than of customer satisfaction. I was pleased with the the work they did a couple years ago when they replaced my thermostat. I guess it's a good thing that it happened before the vehicle reached 10 years of age. When asked what they recommended that I do, I was told to take it to another dealer. I am doing so, but it is considerably more inconvenient to do so. I'm sure the policy isn't the service manager's, but he was a bit brusque and unsympathetic about it. More

Paul helped me out tremendously with my Jeep and provided amazing support. I purchased a 2019 Ford Explorer in January for $35,000 we drove it off the lot that night with an error on the dash stating the tires were low we went back in and told the salesman and he said to call in we drove it off the lot that night with an error on the dash stating the tires were low we went back in and told the salesman and he said to call in the morning and he would have it taken care of we called we were unable to get a hold of him I took it in for service and they told me that the three tires were leaking and they were not covered therefore I would be charged $140 to have these repaired I feel they should be inspecting the vehicles prior to sending customers home with an adequate tires I will never purchase another vehicle at this dealership and will not recommend also was told this vehicle had a DVD player in it however it did not come with a remote and they refused to rectify the situation however they advertised as though it came with a working DVD player I called multiple times was never given a callback and no one was able to help me very disappointed will not return More

Service promised a remedy to the death wobble on a 2018 JL unlimited. After over a year I still don’t have the part installed. On Monday, July 26th I financed a 2019 Jeep Wrangler. This deal was made through your salesman, Mitch. Upon taking possession of the vehicle, I discovered that it was not only uninspected and unserviced This deal was made through your salesman, Mitch. Upon taking possession of the vehicle, I discovered that it was not only uninspected and unserviced by your team-- key features were also non-functional due to being completely broken. I asked Mitch to show myself and my partner how to remove the rag top-- he stated he didn't know how and that he would ask someone from the garage to help. He came back once papers were signed and advised that no one was available to show me and that I can just 'youtube' it. I entered the vehicle to drive off the lot and noticed the change oil light was on and that the inspections and emissions had expired in June. I went back into the dealership to speak with Mitch about this and he stated that the garage just didn't put the stickers on and I can come back tomorrow and that it had been inspected. Once the vehicle was at my home, I attempted to remove the ragtop and discovered the top rails that permit the top to slide were completely broken off. I took pictures of the damage and found the pieces wedged partly under the back seat. I returned this vehicle the next day and spoke with the service manager who stated that no, the car hadn't been inspected when it was sold. This is remarkably concerning and when my partner and I came back to speak with the service manager and Mitch we received a plethora of excuses in regard to this matter, one being that it was a combination of a new salesman and sales manager that lead to this occurring-- but I'm well aware that Mitch worked for Day Subaru prior to starting his career at this dealership. I also feel like I have been lied to about the safety and condition this Jeep is in. I sincerely hope that South Hills Jeep Chrysler Dodge does not practice selling/financing uninspected vehicles and that your staff is well aware of what Pennsylvania law requires of road-worthy vehicles. When I emailed my concern to general manager Bill Winter on August 7th, I received no reply. I love my new Jeep but my experience with South Hill Jeep has been terrible and I would not only never want to return there but would actively deter any friends, family, or acquaintances from shopping there. More
