I have bought a few cars here, it is a great place to do business and to get service. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I had been looking for a new car and had decided on a BMW X5 xDrive 50e. But I hav business and to get service. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I had been looking for a new car and had decided on a BMW X5 xDrive 50e. But I have never seen one built the way I wanted. So, needed to be a custom order. There was a vehicle pre-production that I could customize. Then I got very sick and had to be hospitalized. After about 2 weeks in the hospital, I got to go home. The dealership had held my slot and a few days later I got to order my car, exactly how I wanted it. I worked with my salesman James Orton, then on design with Devon Stovall (I knew the interior color) he suggested a different paint Blue Ridge Mountain Metallic, wow, it is great! Tartufo Extended Merino Leather. We got the car ordered, and with the GM Dan Brozowski got a great price and trade in. When the car got to the dealership they prepped it and had to wait a few days for my doctor to clear me to drive. I test drove the X5 (tested other models, not a 50e). Decided to get the dealer to put on ceramic coat over the paint (looks awesome and water sheets right off). Added tire and wheel warranty (glad I did, after 11 days of owning got a nail in the tire and ruined it, replaced $0 out of pocket) as well as windshield and extended warranty. Dan got the price out the door where I wanted to be. So much on this vehicle training with Devon and James was much needed, as well as a couple of calls with questions. Bottom line, I have owned 30 cars, this was the best purchasing experience ever, including working with the Business Manager Mike Schwarz (this is where I get hung up with dealers), Mike is a car guy and so easy to work with. and from past experience Service Manager Derek Cogdill and his staff have always been friendly, and get the job done right. I recommend BMW and Mazda of Crystal Lake 1000% I will continue to recommend them to my family and friends. More

Anyone who says that buying a car is a painful experience has never been to BMW of Crystal Lake and had the team of professionals that we had when we ordered and picked up our new BMW M340i xDrive on October has never been to BMW of Crystal Lake and had the team of professionals that we had when we ordered and picked up our new BMW M340i xDrive on October 3, 2023. Michelle Canova, our sales representative, is a total professional and helped us through not only the acquisition of this car, but also the BMW M440i that we picked up in January. She and the entire team worked to make sure that we were totally satisfied with our purchase and made the experience an exciting EVENT.
