Had to order a Wrangler from Crown since there was no inventory. Waited a few months and the order came incorrect. Ordered a hard top and the car came with a soft top, was not happy at all. After negotiating and seeing what they could do for us, we ended up going home with the car that day. Billy and the sales manager were very nice even while negotiating with my mom through the phone for what seemed like hours. This is my first ever Jeep and car I've bought on my own. It may not have been what I expected, but all in all I went home very happy! More
