Maeshall and damon FTW When I first got to the lot late on a Friday I didn't have much time. Damon was the first Sales person I spoke with. He was very helpful and wasn't at all pushy like salesmen I've dealt with in the past. After taking a look at a couple of cars I was interested in I had to leave but said I'd come back the following day. He gave me Marshals number and told me he would be more than happy to help me. Marshall was great and after test driving the car we started the financing process. Took much longer than I had hoped but in the end I got the car I wanted, close to the payment I wanted and an APR in the neighborhood I was expecting. Marshall was trying to be as quick as possible to get things set so I could get on my way. I would highly recommend either Marshall or Damon if you are in the market for a new used vehicle. Keep your eye open on July 16th Marshall. More

Great Job I just bought a 2012 Honda Civic yesterday from Damon Hampton at Honda World. Excellent Car Buying Experience! I stopped by 12/22/15 to check out a car I had seen online. Damon was extremely helpful without being pushy at all which I dread about car buying...ve I stopped by 12/22/15 to check out a car I had seen online. Damon was extremely helpful without being pushy at all which I dread about car buying...very knowledgeable about the vehicle. I scheduled another test drive. When I arrived Damon had the car parked up front, heated and ready to go. I obtained financing through my bank prior. He was helpful in working with my bank to get everything together. When I picked up the vehicle, Damon even picked me up so I didn't have to stress over transportation. Everything went quickly and smoothly. Can not remember the name of the gentleman in finance, but he was very friendly and seemed very honest and upfront. Damon made sure the car was cleaned up and ready to go with Satellite radio connected. Overall Damon provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and entire buying process. And Damon also returned my call quickly when I called about a week after purchasing the car with a question. More

A great experience! My Wife got a CRV for Christmas. I have been searching for an small SUV for a while for my wife. After a few months or so of Internet and physical research I was ready to go to a dea I have been searching for an small SUV for a while for my wife. After a few months or so of Internet and physical research I was ready to go to a dealer. I got Damon involved a month or so ago, but my wife and I were so busy over Thanksgiving that we were fairly non-responsive. He sent us cars to look at, but put no pressure on us and said "when you're ready give me a call. When I went in to see him. He had 7 or 8 different SUV's for me to look at. All the ones I had researched. I had thought the "Lease trade ins from 2013" would be out of our Price range, but Damon made it happen and we got exactly what my wife wanted. We came away with a Certified 2013 Honda CRV. Him and I think Robby stayed late Friday night to appraise my trade and Damon came in on his day off to make sure we could get the car on Sunday. More

Excellent customer service - no pressure experience Truthfully, I dread the car buying experience. I don't like haggling over prices and feeling like I'm being pressured to close on a deal. I also despise having a car payment (who doesn't?). But, when our old SUV finally bit the dust last week, we didn't have a choice but to find a vehicle for our family. Our experience with Sam Swope Honda World couldn't have been more positive. We met with Damon Hampton and Robert Britain on Saturday (stop number 1 of the day) and did not feel pressured to buy as we headed out for a couple of other car appointments at other dealerships. In fact, Robert even offered to provide his expertise regarding anything else that might peak our interest. How refreshing! As luck would have it, we truly liked the vehicle at Sam Swope the best but, truthfully, I WANTED to like it the best because of the friendly, no pressure, informative and outgoing sales team. :) Sam Swope's finance department was able to beat the pre-qualification rate that we had received at a lending institution, on top of it all. We were able to finalize on financing and drive the car home on Saturday afternoon without leaving the dealership. It was great! I would definitely recommend Sam Swope and specifically, Damon Hampton, to assist anyone with finding a vehicle. Thank you for an excellent car buying experience! More
