I was looking for a specific Carnival and had a car to trade-in. The trade-in process was quick and the offer we eventually arrived at was very fair. The Carnival I had originally looked at online a day before had been sold, but they were quick to assure me that they would make the same deal on other Carnivals of the same trim/spec. They were even willing to find what we needed nearby and get it delivered same day if needed. We quickly found another option on-site that liked even more so than originally planned. Financing was quick and easy. We reviewed all the finance and coverage options and was able to come to informed decisions. Also, Dylan was able to get digital signatures from my wife who was home with the kids; saving her the hassle of needing to come into the dealership to sign documents. Great experience! More
