The people at the dealership were nice and seemingly helpful. But the car I bought turned out to be in disappointingly unacceptable condition for the $35,000 I paid. I know a preowned car will never be helpful. But the car I bought turned out to be in disappointingly unacceptable condition for the $35,000 I paid. I know a preowned car will never be pristine. But this car is gross. They must have used some kind of air freshener that wore off about a week after I bought the car. It started to stink of cigarettes. My husband found the air filter and it was absolutely filthy - it had obviously never ever been replaced. Also yesterday we found a cigarette butt in the change compartment. The sales agent went on and on about how much work went into the car before they put it on the market to justify the high price. Changing the cabin filter would have been the easiest, most basic thing to do before selling the car, so I’m pretty sure he lied about all of it. Also finding someone’s disgusting cigarette butt in the car was really foul. I would never buy a car here again. The car still smells awful and I can’t get the stench out. More

Nice people, professional and caring. My only complaint is that I don’t like the game the sales department plays going back and forth, bringing the manager out negotiating the price. If a customer comes in to lease or buy a car and gives you a monthly payment they have to be at then work with them. Don’t play that game. It’s dishonest and disheartening. I have walked out on dealers that have done this to me. More
