Honda of Bridgewater was a pleasure to deal with. I had visited and spoken with at least five other dealers and found some to be frustrating to work with, many adding on unwanted extras. DO NOT perform any business with this dealer. DO NOT purchase any vehicle from here. I was told by phone that they have 5 models in stock and when I got there they said they only have 1. Cla DO NOT purchase any vehicle from here. I was told by phone that they have 5 models in stock and when I got there they said they only have 1. Classic bait & switch. Furthermore, I was told by phone that their policy is to beat another dealer's offer by $500 or more and when I presented that other offer in writing they said they do not have such a policy. These are clear red flags enacted by the FTC. They are clearly scammers with unethical business practices and only perform fraudulent activity here. More

This is my third car which I have bought from you and am once again satisfied with the personal care I received. In particular I would like to commend Arthur Chen for his knowledge, understanding and insight into the vehicles. Arthur and I first discussed this purchase in June, cars were and still are difficult to find. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me (on the computer) the car he had in mind for me. I was hesitant a first, because I was purchasing the car unseen and would have to wait for months for the delivery. Arthur assured me I would love this car. I had bought my previous Civic from him, so he was very aware of my expectations. I picked up the car on September 9th and was totally floored when I saw it. It was exactly like he told me( even better), and he even keep the plastic on the seats so I could remove it myself. He sat with me and showed me how all the new apps and displays worked. I believe Arthur has gone above and beyond and should be recognized for his outstanding customer service skills. He is most definitely an asset to Honda of Bridgewater.
