My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the professional customer service given by the dealership from the beginning to the closing of our paperwork for our lease. I received the horrible news that my car was "DOA". I was tasked with (what I thought would be) the painful new car shopping experience. I was really turned off, by what the news and others were sayi I was tasked with (what I thought would be) the painful new car shopping experience. I was really turned off, by what the news and others were saying about the high markups/supply and demand. So I admit I was VERY apprehensive about purchasing a car, and how much the dealership would work with me. I walked on the lot and was greeted by Chris. He was very patient and answered all my questions. To be honest I never saw myself driving a Honda. The quality/mileage/warranty and service were too good to pass up. The customer service from beginning to end was exceptional. So far I am very happy with my purchase. Chris made a bad day a little better. Thank you Stockton Honda. More
