The deal was so good it was hard to believe and no need to haggle. Everything was as he said and I just went in and signed the papers. Frank’s demeanor and personality is just amazing, he was made to deal with people, so genuine.. After the sale he spent 30 minutes going through all the tech with my wife and gave us his personal cell if we had questions in the future. I’ll never go to another dealer for a Honda. We also sat with Damian Cappochione in finance. He was also as nice as can be and had casual and funny conversation with us as he prepared the documents. Another incredibly personable professional. I am a customer experience executive, and am always looking for top notch service, which is why I returned to Frank. Over the last 6 months I've been in contact with Frank looking for a new car. He's sent me several listings and was very patient as I gave feedback on what I did and didn't like. On Tuesday he text me a beautiful car, in my price range with a quick turn around. We arrived at the dealership at 7:15, the car was prepped to test drive and absolutely beautiful. We were in and out in under two hours and the process with Frank and Damian was flawless.
