John is an exceptional salesman. I had some issues with a vehicle I had bought from this dealership, not going to go into details but it left me with a bit of a sour taste in my mout I had some issues with a vehicle I had bought from this dealership, not going to go into details but it left me with a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. Josh the gm and John took the time to listen to the issues I was having and made things right. It’s very apparent JSP loves what he does and actually values his customers time. I’ve dealt with more people at that dealership than the average customer. John and for that matter Josh, are the only reason they still have my business. JSP is truly the MVP of wilsonville Toyota it will be a very unfortunate day if he ever leaves. More

This was my first time buying a car and i brought my dad so he could help me negotiate with the salesman and make sure they don't try and pull the wool over my eyes. With Wilsonville's "NO BULL" culture we so he could help me negotiate with the salesman and make sure they don't try and pull the wool over my eyes. With Wilsonville's "NO BULL" culture we were shocked to see that everything was clear as day and they were not trying to hide anything. They made me a customer for life and i would recommend this location to a friend. Salesman Steven Bailey was one of the most genuine, honest and hard working gentleman found today. If i was to credit anything to my sales experience it would be the total forthcoming and graceful approach Wilsonville Toyota's staff bring to anyone who walk in their doors. More

Went in for 30K mile service today. We bought their expensive service package when we bought the car new and were still charged over $500 for routine work they said should be done. Then they didn’t ev expensive service package when we bought the car new and were still charged over $500 for routine work they said should be done. Then they didn’t even reset the maintenance dashboard light. I had to call to see if it was something I could do myself and was told to Google directions based on make, model, year. Tried two different websites to fix it and it’s still on. I’m so frustrated and disappointed with them. If this is the service now, it makes me want to buy from someone else next time. More
