This was one of the easiest transactions I believe I have ever had with a dealership. Dalton Turner is top notch, had the paperwork ready and had everything set up with John so I was able to come in and sign ever had with a dealership. I can not sing their praises enough, I will be back to work with Dalton again, experience was over the top and will definitely refer everyone that I talk with! More

Did not personally feel special on purchase. I did not argue with the price. Granted, there was zero pressure to purchase, so that was greatly appreciated. However, there was no effort to feel like I got a great deal. In fact, when I picked up the vehicle, the gas tank was at 1/3. The dealer did fill it up on further request, but it sure didn’t make me feel appreciated that I had to point it out that the vehicle needed gas. I cannot recommend this dealer. I left the dealer as just another number. More

Great team. I needed to get in and out. I already new what I wanted. The only thing that slowed them down was me getting my stuff together. Appreciated them I needed to get in and out. I already new what I wanted. The only thing that slowed them down was me getting my stuff together. Appreciated them offering the add-ons but not pushing them. Was greeted immediately and assisted within seconds. Great jobs guys! More

We purchased a vehicle that was advertised as an “1 Owner - Local Trade” only to find out after we signed the papers that it was a fleet vehicle from California and was purchased at an auction. We were only offered a vehicle report after we signed the papers….many dealerships provide them for free on their website. Even when I questioned it, I was given a very lame excuse about “the person who enters the information on the made a mistake”. After reading through these reviews, I’m noticing that Greg May Honda is responding to the reviews and providing a contact number so that they can “turn your experience into a positive one”, which makes me wonder, when I mentioned the details of the vehicle report, why something wasn’t done then to turn my experience into a positive one. After all, I’m sitting in your dealership making mental notes of my experience, I bring to your attention something that I have a problem with…false advertisement…yet no one thought to want to make it right at that point. I’ve called the number and I’m waiting on a call back because I am curious what you can do to turn that experience into a positive one. I still feel strongly that it would have been to your advantage to make it right while I was sitting in your dealership. More
