Dalton was absolutely wonderful, very patient & explained everything really well. He should get a raise! :-) One drawback was that once the "deal" was made I didn't receive an updated itemized accounting f everything really well. He should get a raise! :-) One drawback was that once the "deal" was made I didn't receive an updated itemized accounting for all the various costs associated with the purchase. In previous iterations I was asked to initial a paper with all the various amounts. Note: Next time, make sure to ask for the itemized costs before going to see the finance department. The finance person was also very friendly & capable however I feel that he didn't go over the itemized costs as clearly as I would have liked. He did hand me a flash drive with all the finance documents on it. He also found a very good interest rate for a longer period than I received with my local bank so I was very pleased. The car was also supposed to be detailed however it looked like that wasn't done when I picked it up the next day. Overall, the purchase experience is what I expected and I am happy with the price and condition of the car. I bought a used 2019 Toyota 4Runner with approximately 78,000 miles. More

After being in the dealership for 3 hours on Sunday I was quoted and priced on the wrong car I was looking at with the sales rep. Then went back on wed for an appt had to wait 1 hour for the car to be pulled quoted and priced on the wrong car I was looking at with the sales rep. Then went back on wed for an appt had to wait 1 hour for the car to be pulled around. No apologize for quitting the wrong car. When I tried to drive a new ram tee had to drive to the lot when we go there the car was dead and we couldn’t drive or get inside it. After I bought the car I was in the dealership for over 3 hours before the car was cleaned and ready. At that the truck bed was not cleaned out. Would recommend More
