Toyota Care is not a good value and is represented poorly at the time of sale. They claim the 5,000 and 10,000 mile services are free when in fact you have to pay at 10,000 for the dealership to balance and at the time of sale. They claim the 5,000 and 10,000 mile services are free when in fact you have to pay at 10,000 for the dealership to balance and align your tires after rotation. In addition the dealership tries to up sell you with your air cabin filter needs to be changed. They didn’t even inspect it because the glove box was undisturbed and when I inspected the cabin filter it was clean. How disappointing and dishonest. Lastly one of the tires is missing an air valve cap. Sloppy work and technician doesn’t care. Overall I give this service experience a D. More
