As with every encounter I’ve had with Dalton at Honda since having begun leasing my vehicle since March 2018, he goes out of his way to ensure issues raised are effectively resolved with exceptional customer service. Alexander also provided excellent customer service by seeking to keep me updated as the duration was taking beyond a couple of hours. (I understand the department was very busy, and preferred to have the issue resolved during this second visit (the first visit included the same issue but with another department/section).) I don’t see the female that sits at the front reception listed nor know her name, but she is always delightful, helpful, responsive and warm/friendly when I’ve asked her any questions.
