Levi was GREAT! ! Very friendly and was willing to answer any questions we had. Let us test drive whatever truck we were interested in. Finance guys are the worst ! I get that they need to make commission on warranty and gap sales. But we told Levi we didn't want to waste time on any of that. Yet we still had to listen to the sales pitch. Dallas tried different ways to sale a warranty even though I work for a credit union and told him if I wanted one, I knew I could get it for less through them. Overall experience at Brent Brown wasn't good. It shouldn't take HOURS to purchase an auto. We had them do some window tinting and add a cover. We drove from Salt Lake to Orem in traffic just to sit for three hours waiting with very little communication from anyone as to the status of the work being done. Ended up coming home without the truck so we had to go back down the next day. I work for a credit union and do auto preapprovals all the time. I will not be recommending Brent Brown to any of my members!!! If it hadn't been for Levi and we wanted him to get a sale, we would have walked out of the finance office. There are too many other dealers willing to actually BEND OVER backwards to the customer. More

Went above and beyond with my buying experience! The only dealer within 100 miles that would give me an estimated value of my current vehicle a Toyota Tacoma without having to come all the way in. Update: Todd made it right and kept me updated going forward and got me the car I wanted for the interest rate I was looking for and helped me feel at ease about it. Financing scared me… I have never bought a new car but it was a great experience and I am happy with all those I worked with. I reached out on 5/21 and was contacted by Todd 5/25 I told him exactly what vehicle a new rav4 hybrid xse that I wanted and the colors I wanted blue or dark grey.. they didn't have one but he said he'd find one I checked in multiple times because I hadnt heard from him … 5/31 I called and he called back 3 hours later and said it would be here in one to two weeks and he had reserved it for me and was gonna send me the paperwork... took more information. I have never received paperwork or anything and he always said he was gonna call and send it to me 'tomorrow' tomorrow has never come and I haven't heard from him since I stopped reaching out. Absolutely ridiculous for a car salesman when someone is ready to buy to blow them off. I stopped reaching out because I shouldn't have to do that when I'm the one trying to spend 40+k! I think he never had anything to reserve 0 communication with me and 0 follow through. More
